Covid 19 Policy

Beginning May 8, 2020 and until further notice, the following Covid 19 policies are in effect for any appointment in or out of studio with Mark Stevens Photography. To have an appointment of any kind you must acknowledge reading, understanding and agreeing to all of these terms and release Mark Stevens and MLS Associats D.B.A. Mark Stevens Photography from any liability for illness, medical expense or other damages. 

1. All people attending your session must be fever free and cold/flu/Covid 19 symptom free as well as not had any known exposure to anyone with confirmed Covid 19 for a minimum of 14 days prior to your session. 

2. If at ANY point prior to your session you or anyone in your group develops symptoms or has contact with someone confirmed to have Covid 19, you MUST reschedule your session. For the remainder of 2020, there will be no fee to reschedule. 

3. I (Mark Stevens) will notify you of any of my or my family’s symptoms or exposure prior to your session. Your session will be rescheduled if I develop symptoms or have known exposure. I apologize in advance if your session is rescheduled, however, we can not continue if I become symptomatic. In the event I reschedule your session, there will be no compensation or credit due (if you have paid a deposit you may elect to apply that to another session or have it refunded). You agree to release Mark Stevens, Mark Stevens Photography and MLS Associates from any liability if you are unable to be photographed because your session is rescheduled for illness related reasons.

4. There will be no extra people allowed at your session. Siblings, spouses or children who are not being photographed must remain home. For family photos, extended family and care-takers who are not being photographed must remain home. For corporate headshots one and only one art or creative director may attend and that person is required to wear a mask and remain at the workstation which will be set up for them to approve and comment on photos during the session.

5. Wherever possible, makeup and hair must be complete prior to your session. you are to arrive camera ready. Makeup artists on my approved list of vendors (or with my approval) may attend the session IF and only IF their attendance is cleared as part of the planning process for your session.

6. Mark Stevens and MLS Associats D.B.A. Mark Stevens Photography are not responsible for any health issues that may arise at any time following your session.
